NC Teacher Evaluation Process Manual
The NC Teacher Evaluation Process Manual is introduced to teachers and site administrators during the NC Teacher Evaluation Process training, Part 2. The NC Teacher Evaluation Process assesses the teacher’s performance in relation to the NC Professional Teaching Standards and designs a plan for professional growth. This manual details the evaluation process, including descriptions of the Professional Teaching Standards, the Framework for 21st Century Learning and the individual components of the annual evaluation process. Within the manual there is a copy of the Rubric for Evaluating NC Teachers, End-of-Year Summary Ratings, and the Code of Ethics for NC Educators
