Phoebe attended East Carolina University for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Her teaching experience includes Early Head Start, University Laboratory School, and NC Pre-K classrooms. Phoebe has served as a mentor/evaluator for nine years, working in both the East and West Hubs.
