Gwendecka Conover attended Florida Atlantic University and earned a bachelor’s degree in social work. Her career within early childhood education is comprised of many roles over a 20-year span. Currently, she serves as a mentor/ evaluator within Region 2 and aspires to uplift, encourage, and build positive strength-based relationships.
